You can earn points every time you make a purchase or finish an earn activity. You earn 100 points for every $1 you spend.

Here’s how: 

1. In-Store 
   When you’re ready to check out, show a store team member your FLX® Rewards ID or provide your email address or mobile number.
2. Online 
   Sign in to your FLX® Rewards account prior to completing your purchase.
3. Complete Earn Activities 
   Points can be earned by completing Earn Activities such as taking online surveys, sharing shopping preferences, and more. Go to My Account to see all the ways to earn. 

 

Important to know:

• Points are earned on the order subtotal after any discounts are applied. 
• (Example: Your order is $100 before shipping. You apply a $10 FLX® Cash reward, bringing your subtotal to $90. You will earn points on the $90 you pay, which is 9,000 points.
• You won’t earn points when you buy a gift card. However, points will be earned on the purchase total when the gift card is used.
• You will only earn points on purchases in your country of residence. 

Your FLX® Rewards Dashboard is your central destination for all membership information. Head to the ‘Redeem’ tab to see all available rewards.

You can redeem points for an FLX® Cash reward to save money on in-store and online purchases. 
 
How it works:

• Go to your FLX® Rewards Dashboard to check your available points balance.
• Redeem your points for FLX® Cash
  • $5 FLX® Cash = 15,000 points
  • $10 FLX® Cash = 30,000 points
  • $20 FLX® Cash = 60,000 points
• Once redeemed, the FLX® Cash reward will be in your FLX® Rewards Wallet. You will have 70 days to use your reward before it expires.
• If shopping online, apply your reward at checkout to save on your order. If shopping in-store, let a Striper know you would like to apply your FLX® Cash reward at purchase.

To use FLX® Cash, your reward must be less than order subtotal. For example, if you have a $20 FLX® Cash reward, your order subtotal (before any fees) must be $20.01 or more. 

 

FLX® Cash cannot be applied toward:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Any other applicable fees
• The purchase of Gift Cards

 

 Important to know:

• FLX® Cash can only be used as a discount towards purchases at Foot Locker.
• FLX® Cash is not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• FLX® Cash can only be used as a discount towards purchases at Foot Locker.
• Only one (1) FLX® Cash reward can be used per purchase. FLX® Cash rewards may not be combined.
• Members can redeem a maximum of 120,000 points per calendar month.
• FLX® Cash cannot be sold, bartered, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• The FLX® Cash reward must be in your Rewards Wallet prior to purchase.
• Rewards added to the Rewards Wallet expire 70 days after redemption.
• FLX® Cash is promotional in nature. It is not legal tender, has no cash, exchange or other value except as explicitly provided herein.
• FLX® Cash may only be used in your country of residence.
• Exclusions apply, which we list in our FLX® Rewards Terms and Conditions.
