Price Match Promise

At Foot Locker, we believe in offering premium products at exceptional value. If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible competing New Zealand retailer, we’ll match it!

 

What Products Qualify for a Price Match?

  • In-Store Purchases Only: Only products for purchase at our physical stores in New Zealand are eligible for this price match.
  • Eligible New Zealand Retailers: The matched product must be sold by a retailer operating in New Zealand, either in-store or online to customers in New Zealand.
  • Identical Products: The matched product must be the same brand, colour, size, and model as the one we sell.
  • Availability: The matched product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or same-day collection from Foot Locker.
  • Product Limit: Price Match claims are subject to a limit of a maximum of 3 units per customer per day.
  • Current Offers: The retailer's price for the matched product must be a current, published offer available to the general public.
  • Total Price: The retailer's price must be the total price in New Zealand dollars for the matched product, including any delivery charges, service or handling fees, taxes, and other associated charges.

 

The Foot Locker Price Match Does Not Apply to:

  • Products purchased on http://www.footlocker.co.nz.
  • Clearance, liquidation, or closing-down sales.
  • “Buy One, Get One”, “Spend and Save”, combo deals, offers involving cashback, coupon codes, bundled incentives or similar.
  • Wholesale offers, commercial quantities or trade pricing.
  • Sales via marketplaces, auctions or peer-to-peer platforms.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.

 

How Do I Request a Price Match?

We’ve made the process simple:

  1. Visit Our Stores: Present proof of the competitor’s offer for the matched product, either at the time of purchase or within 14 days after your purchase from us (product must be in saleable condition, together with your proof of purchase), to one of our store specialists.
  2. Accepted Price Match Proof: This can include a current link to the competitor’s online offer, a copy of a current advertisement or promotional catalogue, or a dated screenshot displaying the advertised price.
  3. Verification: Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate purchase or same-day collection and no exclusions apply, we will at our discretion match the price or refund the difference.

 

Other matters

  • Price Match Promise may be withdrawn or amended by Foot Locker at any time.
  • Our Price Match Promise applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • Our Price Match Promise does not affect any of your statutory rights.
